1. Service Scope

Aarti Gas Service offers repair, installation, cleaning, and maintenance services for all kinds and brands of gas stoves, hobs, cooktops, and gas cooking ranges across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mira Bhayandar.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.

  • Bookings are confirmed based on technician availability and customer location.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and address details.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All service charges will be informed upfront after inspection or inquiry.

  • Additional charges may apply for replacement parts or complex installations.

  • Payment is due upon service completion via cash, UPI, or other accepted modes.

4. Warranty

  • We offer a limited warranty of up to 90 days on certain repair services.

  • Warranty covers only the parts and service work performed by our technician.

  • Misuse, tampering, or third-party intervention voids the warranty.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal service fee.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance and a clean work area.

  • Keep pets and children away during repair/installation for safety.

  • Customers must not interfere with the technician during the repair process.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Aarti Gas Service shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues not related to the current service.

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:

  • Unsafe work environments

  • Uncooperative customer behavior

  • Suspicion of appliance tampering

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.
